Hearing dogs come in all sizes. The size of the dog is less important than the ability to respond to sound. The dog pictured here is a rescued miniature pinscher. He works within his human partner's home by waking her to the morning alarm clock as well as alerting to the smoke alarm, oven timer and microwave. Not all hearing dogs work in public. |
